Job Summary

Provide customer service to students accessing the student center, including printing and computer assistance. Will complete filing, data entry, transcript notations, maintain bulletin boards, conduct internet research, create displays and be responsible to keep the center clean. 

Essential Functions
  • Assist students using the center 
  • Add transcript notes in SMS, add students to canvas course, add survey data into excel spreadsheets 
  • Organize and file files 
  • Stamp, hang and remove flyers from bulletin boards 
  • Wipe tables and chairs daily 
  • Develop marketing materials and display cases around monthly themes 
  • Duplicate flyers and compile new student orientation folders 
  • Make popcorn and clean popcorn machine

Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Chrome 
  • Proficient in spelling and grammar 
  • Available to work 15 hours per week
