Job Summary

Assist the nursing program staff and faculty with accreditation preparations and day-to-day nursing department operations. Provide support in compiling data for reporting, uploading the documents into Canvas, and tabulating data. Prepare nursing program packets and other information for publication and distribution. Provide support in the nursing and simulation labs, by organizing and keeping the inventory of the nursing supplies. Assist with nursing laboratory set up for nursing, simulation and CPR classes. 

Essential Functions
  • Organizing and uploading files 
  • Assist in compiling and editing data 
  • Assist in preparing documents for the accreditation visit 
  • Analyze and tabulate survey data. 
  • Maintain confidentiality 
  • Receive immunization records and upload them into the database 
  • Organize and maintain the lab supplies and keep inventory 
  • Assist in setting up for nursing labs, simulation and CPR classes

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or approved equivalency  
  • Ability to navigate Canvas  
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel  
  • Keyboarding skills
