Job Summary

This role supports the office of Instruction as it relates to Downtown Campus programs as needed. Working closely with administrative assistants, faculty members, directors and deans, this job will offer a wide range of discrete and interesting projects to support instruction at Bates Technical College.

From institutional management and systems development to classroom and instructional support, a student in this role will develop a sense of organizational purpose and potentially see themselves in an office support role of a particular industry. A student in this role would be able to attend program advisory committee meetings over the course of a year. 

Minimum Qualifications
  • Previous office experience or academic training 
  • Successful college-level coursework

  • Word processing skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Office 365.
