Veterans Center

Vet Corp Navigator

Bates Technical College maintains a partnership with the AmeriCorps Vet Corps Program to provide work opportunities to veterans seeking to connect with and aid their communities. Through this partnership, a veteran is staffed on-campus to supply critical support to veteran students during their educational journey. The Vet Corp Navigator can:

  • Provide veterans with connections to federal, state or local veterans’ resources.
  • Help the college meet the needs of student veterans
  • Provide a peer connection for veterans to higher education
  • Assist veterans in navigating the college environment

You can meet with our Vet Corp Navigator Alejandro Salinas (v-asalinas@batestech.edu) at 1:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M. in the South Campus Life and Activities Center, located next to Electrical Construction.
