What is eTutoring?
An online app created by the Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium in 2001. Bates Tech joined eTutoring in 2020 to provide currently enrolled students with live tutor support for a variety of subjects, including Math, Intro to Engineering, Microsoft, Writing and more. Tutors are student tutors from member institutions hired and trained by local institutions and SBCTC. Live tutors are available 5 a.m. – 11:59 p.m., except on July 4, Thanksgiving, and Winter breaks.
How can I access it?
You can access eTutoring services here. On campus it will recognize that you are from Bates Tech, otherwise, you may need to click on “Get Started” and share that you are a Bates Tech student.
How do I log in?
Username: Student ID number
Password: Student ID number (for initial login only…then you’ll be asked to update password)
I have trouble logging in. What do I do?
Please click on “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions, including entering your email address. After you’ve filled out the “Forgot Password” form, please check your inbox for an email from eTutoringOnline. If you don’t see an email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder and follow the directions in the email. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please contact: email@example.com
