Important: Official transcripts cannot be requested by phone, email, or fax.
How to Order an Official Transcript
- Visit the Parchment website.
- Sign in or create a Parchment account.
- Submit your transcript request.
- Receive email confirmation once your order is complete.
Order an Official Transcript Online
If your transcript is sent to your personal email address, it becomes unofficial upon receipt.
If you are waiting to be credentialed for your certificate or degree, wait until that is complete first before ordering your transcript, or make sure it is noted in your Parchment order that you want to wait. Otherwise, your certificate or degree will NOT be listed on your transcript, and then you will need to order another one to have it listed.

GED Transcripts
Students who earned a GED must request transcripts directly through the GED Testing Service. Bates Technical College no longer has these on file.
An unofficial transcript contains the same academic information as an official transcript but is intended for informational use only.
