Continuing Education & Apprenticeship Enrollment Form
- Please return the Continuing Education & Apprenticeship Enrollment Form to our South Campus (2201 S. 78th St., Tacoma, WA 98409) to get started with these programs.
Bates Tech is affiliated with several Washington State approved apprenticeship training programs. To learn about entry into one of these programs, contact the apprenticeship directly.

Transfer Students
If you have attended another college or institution, you may be able to transfer credits to Bates.

Registration Information and Services
We grant priority enrollment for:
· Veterans
· Active duty service members
· Veterans Affairs beneficiaries
Eligible students may register one day before all other currently enrolled students.
Important Enrollment Dates
Registration deadlines, priority dates, and academic timelines are published in the college calendar.
Credentials and Completion
Apply for a Credential, Degree, or Certificate
After completing all program requirements, students must submit a Credential Application.
This application allows the college to:
· Verify completion
· Award your credential in ctcLink
· Send out a digital and printed diploma

Apply for Your CredentialDiplomas
Diplomas are mailed 6–8 weeks after submitting a Credential Application.
Certificate and degree diplomas are now mailed out by Parchment!
Students will receive an email and text from Parchment saying, “Your Bates Technical College diploma is available!”
Digital diplomas are available immediately, and you will have 72 hours to validate your mailing address for where your physical diploma will be sent before it is mailed out.
For reprints or duplicate diplomas, please log into or create an account on Parchment or contact the Registration Office.
Parchment Help CenterEnrollment Verifications
You may request a signed document verifying your enrollment for the current or a completed quarter.
How to request:
- Email your request to registration@batestech.edu.
- We DO NOT process these requests over the phone
- Allow 3 business days for processing
If an official signature is not required, you may print proof of enrollment directly from your ctcLink Student Homepage.
