ASG elections are Nov. 14-15!

Candidate for President: Jasmin Sims: “Unity, diversity and growth is what I see in the future of Bates. As president, I will continue to work hard with you, keeping your best interests at heart as well as encouraging positive change and development of the student body and its relationships within the college and the community.”

ASG General Assembly meeting: Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016 from 11:15am-12:15pm in the Veterans Center Room C304 of the Downtown Campus.

International Education Day – Friday, Nov. 18, 2016 from 11:30am-12:30pm in the ELS hallway and room A315. Food is provided AND students and staff are FREE. The countries featured are: South Korea, China, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Panama, and Chile.

Student Clubs

Robotics Club

Interested in Robotics?  Bates Bots meets every Thursday in room E102 (Electronics, Downtown Campus). Come check us out! Read more about the club in The Insider.

Reduced Cost Dental Clinic

Did you know that Bates has a dental clinic? Located at the Downtown Campus, the clinic is open to private-pay patients and patients with Apple Health Care. Services include: new patient exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns and extractions. All services are at a reduced fee. Open Monday –Thursday, 8 am – 3 pm. Call for an appointment 253-680-7310. 

Phi Theta Kappa News

Have a 3.5+ GPA? If you have earned 12 college level credits, with a 3.5 cumulative GPA or above, you may be eligible to join Phi Theta Kappa, the international honors society on campus. Keep your eyes on your email for an invitation!
