Today PTK meets from 11:30 AM – 12:15 PM in the Student Diversity Center, room C 303 downtown.
ASG General Assembly Meeting – Wednesday
The next ASG General Assembly meeting is Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in room B 102 of Central Campus, main building from 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM and is open to all students. Pizza is available for participants.
Rock Painting Thursdays – Thursday

ASG and Student Life
Students of Color Conference – April 12-14, 2018 in Yakima, Washington
The goal of the conference is to provide a fun, educational experience that promotes leadership, cultural competency, and academic success. It is also important to us that we provide a safe environment for each participant. To be eligible, students must:
- Be maintaining a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA (transcript verified)
- Be available to attend the entire conference from April 12-14, 2018 in Yakima, Washington
- Apply online at ctc.edu/SOCC by March 5, 2018 or
- If you don’t have internet access, this form can be picked up in the Student Diversity Center, room C 301 downtown and room B 512 on South Campus
X Intersectionality Club

Sustainability Club

Commencement News
Apply to Walk at Graduation
If you are eligible for graduation, you will need to apply to walk in commencement. Follow these steps:
- Complete a Commencement Registration Form
- Turn in your paperwork and pay the registration fee. (Note: the fee increases after Friday, April 27, 2018)
- Purchase your cap and gown.
- Celebrate!
Order You Cap and Gown
Order your cap, gown, and tassel for $34.50, plus tax. Extra and souvenir tassels are $4.50, plus tax. Go to collegegrad.herffjones.com to order by March 30, 2018! Our gown color is royal blue, though the photo on the website may show a different color. You can pick up your order at the Downtown Campus Store beginning May 4, 2018.
The Rehearsal
Know before you go. Attend the commencement rehearsal on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 12 p.m. in the Downtown Campus Auditorium. You do not need to wear your gown. Do bring your cap and art supplies, we will decorate them after rehearsal.

Date: Thursday, May 24, 2018
Time: 6 p.m.
Location: Tacoma Dome
The Hashtag: #BTCgrad18
The Fine Print: Graduates must arrive at the Tacoma Dome by 5:30 p.m. Parking (general and disabled) is $15 in the Dome parking lots. No balloons inside the dome please.

If you have earned 12 college level credits, with a 3.5 cumulative GPA or above, you may be eligible to join Phi Theta Kappa, the international honors society on campus. Keep your eyes on your email for an invitation!
