ASG Officer Elections and Interviews for 2015-16

ASG elections for the four president positions—ASG President, and Vice President for each of the three campuses—begins next week. The college benefits from having an active and involved student government, and you have this leadership experience to your personal portfolio and/or résumé.  Students interested in campaigning for one of the president positions, must complete an ASG application and contact ASG staff (Kat Flores or LeMont Lucas) for election timeline and campaign etiquette information. Students interested in one of the twelve other officer positions can also submit an ASG application at this time.

Celebrate Our Global Heritage!

The Downtown Campus courtyard, Wednesday, July 1 from 11:00am to 12:30pm.  Listen to the sweet sounds of the Caribbean during the annual Global Heritage Celebration.  Reggae music artist Alex Duncan will entertain the audience with his energetic style and natural island-infused rhythms.  The event is FREE and open to the public.  Students can enjoy lunch for $1 or $3 for the general public.  Contact Kat in the Diversity Center for more information.
