Important Information!
The Culinary Arts department will close next week, June 15-19, so the students can participate in food service activities at the U.S. Open at Chamber’s Bay golf course. The Curbside Urban Cuisine at South Campus will maintain normal business hours.

THIS WEEK: ASG General Assembly Meeting – June 17
This month’s General Assembly meeting is Wednesday, June 17 from 11:15am to 12:15pm in the Downtown Campus auditorium. All students are welcome to attend general assembly meetings. PASSPORT EVENT!
ASG Officer Elections and Interviews for 2015-16
ASG elections for the four president positions—ASG President, and Vice President for each of the three campuses—begins next week. The college benefits from having an active and involved student government, and you have this leadership experience to your personal portfolio and/or résumé. Students interested in campaigning for one of the president positions, must complete an ASG application and contact ASG staff (Kat Flores or LeMont Lucas) for election timeline and campaign etiquette information. Students interested in one of the twelve other officer positions can also submit an ASG application at this time.
Celebrate Our Global Heritage!
The Downtown Campus courtyard, Wednesday, July 1 from 11:00am to 12:30pm. Listen to the sweet sounds of the Caribbean during the annual Global Heritage Celebration. Reggae music artist Alex Duncan will entertain the audience with his energetic style and natural island-infused rhythms. The event is FREE and open to the public. Students can enjoy lunch for $1 or $3 for the general public. Contact Kat in the Diversity Center for more information.
ASGBQ Update
Join ASG for their annual Student Appreciation Day! On July 21, 2015 from 11am-1pm, students eat free and can enjoy loads of fun activities. Come to the South Campus Plaza, between buildings A and E, and bring a friend or two (up to 2 guests for .50/each). Volunteers are needed to work booths, serve food and work the sign-in table, see Kat Flores, LeMont Lucas or Juliette Kern to get plugged in.
Career Fair 2015 – Presented by the Seattle Storm
The Seattle Storm will be hosting a career fair on Tuesday, June 16, 3:30 to 6:00pm, at the Key Arena. Registration is $40 which includes entrance to the career fair and a ticket to the game. Call 206.272.2535 for more information. Register at: http://storm.wnba.com/career-fair/.

June 8 Last day to add class without instructor permission
June 8 Last day to drop a class and receive an 80% refund
June 17 Last day to add class with instructor permission
June 17 Last day to drop a class and not have it appear on your transcript
June18 Last day to drop a class and receive a 40% refund
July 20 Last day to drop a class and have a “W” appear on your transcript
August 13 Last day of summer quarter
