He’s the head of Asia’s most powerful and economically strong country, and this week he’s visiting Tacoma.

On the next Northwest Now, we take a closer look at Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit to the Northwest, which included a stop right here in Tacoma. Find out what the implications are for this historic visit, and what it could mean for the futures of Tacoma and our Chinese sister city Fuzhou.

We’ll hear from Tacoma Mayor Marilyn Strickland and Fuzhou Sister City Program Chair Greg Youtz.
