Phlebotomy Steps to Enrollment

1. Complete the online admissions application

You can apply here: Apply Now. Please enter “Phlebotomy” as your intended major area of study.

2. Secure your funding

The Phlebotomy program does not qualify for federal financial aid (FAFSA), but you may qualify for funding through our Workforce Education Office. To see if you qualify: Do I Qualify?

If you are pursuing funding by a third-party source (i.e. scholarship, program (WES) or employer sponsorship) AND completed enrollment for the course, check with your funding source to ensure you have been approved.

3. Enroll with Student ID, PIN number and Course Item number

Your student ID is the 9-digit number provided after acceptance of application.

Your PIN number is your date of birth in specific format of 5- or 6-digits; 2 for month except Jan-Sept do NOT use the zero to start; 2 for birthdate; and 2 for year; i.e., 10101 or 103199. Hint: Your PIN # may not be active until 24 hours after issued.

Item number for PNURS 292 Tuesday and Thursday class is: 4244

Enrollment is limited to one choice only, either the Monday and Wednesday class OR the Tuesday and Thursday class. DO NOT ENROLL FOR BOTH CLASS OPTIONS

4. Confirm your enrollment

To confirm your enrollment, access your schedule here: My Schedule

 5. Submit payment

Payment is required by the due date. See phlebotomy web page for the due date for the term for which you are enrolling. Failure to pay will result in de-registration from the class and result in an open seat. All open seats will be offered for enrollment the first business day following the payment due date.

6. Login to Canvas to access your course

On the course start date, login to Canvas to view syllabus and course format.

For your first initial login, please use your student ID number for your username and password.
