MLK Day Celebration features Living Voices performance

Posted: January 06, 2015

Join us as we celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. Day with a Living Voices performance. You’ll hear the story of a young African American student growing up in a small town in Mississippi on the brink of the American Civil Rights movement. Watch as the performer brings to life the issues of civil rights at that time, and helps you understand how the fight against prejudice has shaped our history. This event is free and open to the public.

Students can enjoy a $1 lunch special, $3 for general public.
