KBTC's Northwest Now takes a deeper look at the growing homeless population

Posted: November 30, 2017

It seems everywhere you look in urban areas of Western Washington, you see more and more homeless camps. The problem is getting bigger as more people struggle to afford housing in our region.

On this edition of Northwest Now, we talk to a local group as they search for answers to the homeless crisis. Can this problem be solved by local governments, or will it take more to get people off of the streets?

The Emmy and Telly Award-winning public affairs series Northwest Now airs Fridays at 7:30 p.m. on KBTC Public Television, a service of Bates Technical College.
