Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), The Washington State Employee Assistance Program (EAP), helps our employees and their family members resolve personal or work-related problems. Using your EAP does not cost employees anything. The Washington State EAP is a free, confidential program created to promote the health, safety and well-being of public service employees. To receive assistance, visit the Washington State Employee Assistance Program (EAP) website or call 877-313-4455.

Records Retention Schedules

Visit the Washington State Archives for recent retention schedules. The records retention schedule authorizes the destruction or transfer of public records documenting common functions and activities of state government agencies, including universities and two-year colleges. Use the retention schedule with other approved schedules that relate to the unique functions of the agency.

Public Records Information

College-maintained public records  are available for public inspection unless law specifically exempts them. You are entitled to access public records, under reasonable condition, and to copies of those records upon paying the costs of making the copy. Click for more information about public records.
