The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), The Washington State Employee Assistance Program (EAP), helps our employees and their family members resolve personal or work-related problems. Using your EAP does not cost employees anything. The Washington State EAP is a free, confidential program created to promote the health, safety and well-being of public service employees. The records retention schedule authorizes the destruction or transfer of public records documenting common functions and activities of state government agencies, including universities and two-year colleges. Use the retention schedule with other approved schedules that relate to the unique functions of the agency.
