Are you ready to get a jump-start on your career? You can earn your high school diploma and an associate degree in a world-class career-training program at the same time, tuition-free.
Interested students must meet with an advisor* before they can be admitted into Bates’ programs as a high school student.
Our advisors lead the orientation* sessions. They will present various choices for high school students; lead prospective students through a work session on career planning tied to our offerings, and provide an overview of the required forms and student information needed in order to successfully enroll at Bates’ Technical High School.

Why I chose Bates: After my junior year of high school, I felt like my high school was stunting my growth as a student. When I found out about Bates and the high school program, I was stoked. I chose Bates because it would allow me to grow in many areas, and get a head start on my career.
Why Are You a peer mentor: I became a Peer Mentor because I feel the community that Bates has created is great and wanted to be a part of it. Everyone has been very helpful every step of the way, and I want to provide that sense of community to future and current students.
