The Facilities and Operations department maintains and oversees the college’s three campuses, consisting of more than 600,000 square feet of classrooms, shops, meeting rooms and offices. The department oversees capital projects, including the completion of the Advanced Technology Building at the Central/Mohler Campus, which opened in 2015, and the Center for Allied Health Education, anticipated to open in 2021.
Fire Service Training Center
The Washington State Legislature approved funding for the new training center, which is set to break ground in May 2025.
