Culinary Arts offers southern lunch on Thursday

Posted: January 08, 2016

Slow-cooked collard greens, southern-style buttermilk fried chicken, and creamy mashed potatoes are a part of the delicious menu the Culinary Arts program will offer on Thursday, Jan. 14, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the Downtown Campus to help celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

The $10/person lunch also includes favorites like cornbread, honey BBQ pork ribs, a variety of mouthwatering pies, and a beverage. Regular lunch service will not be available. Curbside Urban Cuisine will operate on a normal schedule at South Campus.

In addition to Thursday’s lunch, the college will host it’s annual March for MLK on Monday, Jan. 18, and an event on Wednesday, Jan. 20. Learn more about the march and the event.
