Students are introduced to the National Fire Protection Association standard1041: Standard for Fire Service Instructor Professionals Qualifications. Designed for Fire and Emergency Service Instructor who, in addition to meeting instructor I qualifications, want to develop the knowledge and ability to develop individual lesson plans for specific topics including learning objectives, instructional aids, evaluation instruments, schedule training sessions, and supervise and coordinate the activities of other instructors.
