Remember that your videos must ALWAYS have captions to meet accessibility standards and that auto-generated captions are NOT sufficient for accessibility.
To caption the videos you have created, follow these steps:
- Send your video as an MP3 file or a link to the Online Learning Center at olc@batestech.edu to request captions.
- The Online Learning Center will then send you a file with the captions from a service they use.
The Online Learning Center will also provide a transcript of the video if you request. Ideally, you have both the well-written captions and a transcript.
