Bates Tech Campus Life and Activities is the hub for all the great things that happen on campus.
Campus Life and Activities has three student spaces, one on each campus:
The Campus Life Activities and Wellness (CLAW) Center is located onDowntown Campus, Room A125. The Center has a student food pantry, a student lounge, classroom ready computers, a kitchenette and a prayer/meditation space! It functions as a space where students can study outside of the library, play games with their peers, and gain access to student resources! It is open M-F from 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
The eSports Lounge is located on the Central Campus, Room A134b. The Lounge has gaming stations and couch seating for students looking to relax. It is next to the food pantry in the A building at Central Campus and is a great way to connect with others while learning about extracurriculars on campus! It is open Tues. and Thurs. from Noon-4:00PM.
The Bobcat Den is located on South Campus in room A105. The Campus Life and Activities hallway has vending and coffee machines, a student food pantry and a sitting, study and gaming space! It’s the perfect space to connect with others on campus! It is open M-F from 11:30AM to 3:30PM.

- eSports — All students apply! Join a team and show your skills!
- Food Banks – Find a food bank near you.
- Food Lockers — South Campus is equipped with a GoodRoots NW food locker. Register online and use the locker to receive groceries for free!

- Job Board – We’re here for you even after graduation! Check out the student job board for jobs current jobs in your field.
- Phi Theta Kappa – Phi Theta Kappa (International Honor Society)
- Student Bus Passes – Technical High School and Career Training students get a free unlimited pass on Pierce Transit.
- Veterans Center – A hub for student veterans.
