Citizen Remark Process

Citizens who wish to make a remark during the appropriate time in the agenda may request to do so using the following process. Individuals who want to make public comment must sign-up indicating their name and whether they are a student, staff member, faculty member, or a member of the community and comments must be limited to items on the agenda, and comments are limited to three minutes each.

To request to speak during Citizen Remarks, please sign up using the form located in the meeting room before 3 p.m. the day of the Board of Trustees meeting.
